Despite trying many screenshot extensions, none of them seem to do what I want. I was introduced to Zight by Thrive Themes and it does exactly what I wanted which is allowing me to post a link to my screenshot, without the link expiring after a certain time! Thank you for ending my frustration with such a great tool that actually works every time I need it!

Before Zight, I often struggled to communicate my needs on customer service chat conversations and forms. Sometimes there was no capacity for an image upload, sometimes there was a general slot without easy indication of picture to text descriptions when multiple images were at play, sometimes there was a limitation of one image upload per submission.
